SERVICE - CUSTOMER SUPPORT

FernAir's dedicated service division offers an experienced team of specialised technicians who's aim is to provide our growing customer base with prompt, high quality support and product maintenence. As the region we serve grows, we are also fortunate to be able to call on the manufacturers local support network, giving us the most efficient response to our customers needs.

In addition to product warranty support, our service division will promptly attend to ongoing equipment repairs. We also offer an annual preventative maintenance program during the winter / spring months to ready equipment for the summer season. This maintenance program is aimed at catching system faults before they happen - ensuring your system drains are clean - refrigeration system is operating efficiently - making sure the investment you have made is simply being cared for and ready to provide you with the comfort you need when you need it.

Please use the Troubleshooting Guide, you will find that 90% of problems can be solved using the guide. This eliminates unnecessary service calls.

If you feel your system is not operating correctly please call us to arrange a technician to attend - it is important to understand that a SERVICE CALL OUT FEE will be charged. Unless other arrangements have been made all service work performed will be on COD basis.

We accept

If your system is under warranty, and it is determined that your system problem is covered by the manufacturers warranty then you will not be charged.

Not everything can be assumed as being under warranty - please read the manufacturers warranty Terms and Conditions they are available on our download page.

We strongly urge you to run through the Troubleshooting guides above - before you call.

Call for Service - Office hrs 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday - if after hours please leave a message and we will return your call as quickly as possible.

PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT WE WILL ATTEND TO YOUR SERVICE REQUEST AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE - CALLS DURING PEAK PERIODS WILL BE CATEGORISED WITH INOPERATIVE SYSTEMS GAINING PREFERENCE.

DURING PEAK PERIODS RESPONSE TIMES WILL INEVITABLY BE GREATER THAN USUAL - WE SEEK YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
